We offer expedited shipping on all orders. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all electronic devices sold at The Pixel Store come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for purchase at checkout.
What is your return policy for open-box items?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. For electronics, the product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included. A small restocking fee may apply if the factory seal is broken.
Are the devices sold on your site brand new or refurbished?
We primarily sell brand new, factory-sealed products. However, we do have a dedicated 'Certified Refurbished' section where items are rigorously tested and backed by our quality guarantee.
How can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal to monitor your shipment in real-time.
