At The Pixel Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-tech gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most electronic items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
